Teen Ministry provides a bridge between the "need to" and the "want to" aspects of the church community. It is designed to complement the ongoing faith formation of teenagers by inviting them to embrace the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ in a non-traditional setting. These settings include relaxed fun gatherings, interactive service events, field trips and opportunities for prayerful reflection.

A key component of Teen Ministry is to offer teens the freedom to ask questions and be critical of their faith so they can be open to experiencing God in newer and deeper ways.
The ultimate goal of Teen Ministry is that teens will live as twenty-first century disciples and take Jesus' mission into the world by the way they live their lives. |

Service opportunities
Service is a part of who we are as Christians, so it never stops. God provides gifts and talents to each of us in order to help others. Some of service opportunities include Christmas for Kids in December and the Birthright Carnation sale in May. Also included are the four Youth Ministry fundraisers: Spookghetti Supper, Gift Card Sale, St. Patty's Day Breakfast and the Monks' Bread Sale. Teens also help with other parish ministries such as Altar Rosary Society and the Haiti committee.

Spookghetti Supper:
Join us for our annual ghoul-licious supper between 5-7PM on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Dinner includes spookghetti with meatballs, salad, Italian bread, with a famous and equally delicious Fat Friar shortbread cookie for dessert. Click the witch to make your reservation by the 23rd. |

Easter Monks' Sale:
The Easter fundraiser runs from March 1 to the 23, 2025. Orders are delivered Palm Sunday Weekend, April 12th & 13th after Masses. Your orders support Youth Ministry programs, the Trappist monks of The Abbey of the Genesee in Piffard, NY; St. Josephs Abbey in Spencer, Mass; as well as the Sisters of St. Benedict in Ferdinand, IN.
