Youth Ministry encompasses all programs for youths in Pre-K through 12th grade and their families.  Through Faith Formation classes filled with service opportunities, fun activities, and active participation in our church community the youth continue to learn as they grow in their relationship with Jesus on their faith journey.
Faith Formation Process
  • ​ Proclaims and teaches the word of God
  • Is committed to enabling growth in faith and relationship to Jesus
  • Meets and follows the guidelines of the Directory for Catechesis and the National Catechetical Directory
  • Uses texts that are in accordance with the Catechism of the Catholic Church

Our Fearless Leaders

Bonnie 

Bonnie has been the Director of Faith Formation since 2006. She is responsible for grades Pre-K through 6, including First Reconciliation and First Eucharist and overseeing the program for the older youth.  Bonnie maintains the Faith Formation records for all our youth in our program.  She really enjoys seeing the joy and excitement on the faces of our children when they receive Jesus for the first time. In her “spare” time Bonnie enjoys reading, playing with her cats, and eating out with her husband - no cooking and no clean up!!

Stephanie

Stephanie has been in ministry work since 2002 at both parish and diocesan levels.  She loves sharing her faith and is enjoying her role as our parish Director of Teen Ministry - a role she took on in 2018.  This includes Junior High and High School Faith Formation, as well as  Confirmation. She finds it rewarding to spend time with the young people of our parish and help them discern their future within the Catholic Church.  Stephanie enjoys camping with her husband, spending time with her blended family and studying Scripture.
